How long will it take to receive our wedding film?
Your final, fully edited highlight film is delivered within approximately 4-8 weeks. A thoughtfully crafted social media teaser is typically completed within 1–2 weeks. For collections that include several films, final delivery may extend up to 12 weeks to ensure every detail meets our highest standards.
Do you provide raw footage?
We do not include raw footage in our collections. Raw footage is unfinished, unedited, and does not reflect the quality, storytelling, or artistic standard of our work. Every film we deliver is intentionally crafted, from music selection to pacing, color, and emotion, to tell your wedding story in the most meaningful and cinematic way.
Will you capture audio from the ceremony?
Yes. Professional audio is captured throughout your wedding day, including the ceremony, vows, speeches, and select intimate moments such as private vows or a first look. Discreet microphones ensure natural, high-quality sound.
Can we choose our own music for the video?
We use a curated library of professionally licensed music, as popular songs cannot be used due to copyright restrictions. While we thoughtfully select each track, we are happy to discuss your preferred style. Trusting our artistic approach is an important part of creating a cohesive, cinematic film that reflects your wedding day.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. While we are based in the DMV area (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia), we thoughtfully serve weddings throughout the East Coast and select destinations beyond.
Travel within our primary service area is included in our collections. For weddings outside the DMV, we offer bespoke, all-inclusive proposals designed to provide a refined and effortless experience from start to finish.
What is your payment structure?
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full one month before your wedding date.
This applies to our photography packages as well.

We begin with a phone call to connect, learn about your vision, and answer any questions you may have!
2.booking
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your contract and secure your date with a retainer, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your wedding. After booking, you’ll receive our Wedding Guide to help you begin planning with confidence.
3.planning
We’re here to support you throughout the planning process, from discussing ceremony timing and lighting before invitations are sent to a final details and timeline call about one month before the wedding. We’re always available along the way to talk through ideas or answer questions.
4.the wedding
On your wedding day, we arrive early, prepared, and calm, allowing the day to unfold naturally while capturing every moment and detail with intention.
5.Deliver memories
Your images and/or film are thoughtfully curated and carefully edited to reflect the emotion and beauty of your wedding day. Delivered in an elegant online gallery, your memories are preserved in a timeless, refined way to be cherished for generations.
